Zone Offroad Return Policy?
Zone Offroad requires a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number must be written on the packing slip.
Returns of uninstalled products within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Products must be resalable, uninstalled, and unaltered. Returns from 31-90 days are eligible for a return with a 10% restock fee.
